An Algarve Countryside Wedding
A charming countryside venue nestled in nature, Os Agostos provided the perfect setting for Ali and Jack’s Algarve destination wedding. With its rustic elegance and peaceful surroundings, the venue created an atmosphere that felt warm and welcoming. Every detail, from the floral arrangements to the decor, complemented the natural beauty of the space in the most seamless way setting the stage for the incredible energy everyone brought.
Where rustic elegance meets vibrant energy
When we first hopped on a video call with Ali and Jack Conan, we instantly felt a connection. They’re the kind of couple we love to work with, genuine, kind, and easy-going nature. From the start, they shared their vision for their destination wedding in the Algarve, and it was clear they were not only excited about their day but also fully trusted our creative approach to capturing it.
Fast forward to the wedding day, and the entire celebration unfolded effortlessly. As always, our focus was on capturing not just how the day looked, but how it truly felt, immersing ourselves in the atmosphere and paying close attention to the details that bring their wedding to life, from the soft tones and fragrances to the emotions that filled the air.
One of our favorite moments to capture was the cocktail hour. It’s always such a fun time to photograph, so much energy, so many smiles, and plenty of toasts to go around. The guests were sipping on colorful cocktails, enjoying some of the most delicious Portuguese canapés, and soaking in the joy of the day. The whole scene had this perfect vibe, and we loved capturing all those candid, joyful moments that really made the day feel alive.

The soft, golden light of the late afternoon bathed the venue, creating a serene atmosphere for guests to mingle and connect with the sound of a Portuguese guitar and a classical viola duo in the background.
