From across the ocean, Gabi and Chad journeyed to the captivating North of Portugal to celebrate their destination wedding. Their story began with a heartfelt welcome dinner at the Yeatman Hotel in Porto, where the soft afternoon light gently illuminated the panoramic views over the Porto Ribeira, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration. The evening was further enriched by the soulful sounds of a traditional Portuguese guitar duo, as guests savored the famous Porto wine, adding a touch of local flavor to the warm welcome. The next day, in the serene embrace of the Pousada Mosteiro de Amares, a 12th-century monastery transformed into a stunning venue, they exchanged vows amidst timeless architecture and panoramic landscapes. As the day unfolded, their guests were immersed in the heart of Portuguese tradition, experiencing the vibrant energy of a rancho folclórico performance and the soulful acoustic sounds of the singer Luís Trigacheiro, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of tradition and love.
